Artisanal Bakes for Every Celebration

Beyond my weekly signatures, I craft a rotating collection of specialty items inspired by the calendar’s most storied days.   From the pumpkin-shaped sourdough loaves that capture the essence of autumn to delicate, raspberry-infused heart macarons that define romance, these artisanal creations are crafted to be the radiant centerpiece of your holiday table.

Epiphany 1st weekend of January

The Galette des Rois (King's cake) is a classic French pastry traditionally served for Epiphany. It is composed of two thick circles of buttery puff pastry that sandwich a lush, golden center of .almond cream.

Saint Patrick's Day March, 17th

Irish Soda Breads are defined by a craggy, golden exterior and a tender, dense interior. Relying on the classic reaction between buttermilk and baking soda, the loaf delivers a mild, creamy tang and a hearty, scone-like texture.  The question is: plain or spotted dog?

Thanksgiving

The Pumpkin-Shaped sourdough is a sculptural celebration of the harvest.  Each loaf is meticulously tied with baker's twine before entering the oven, forcing the dough to bloom into deep, organic ridges that mimic a prize-winning pumpkin.  It makes a stunning, edible centerpiece.

Superbowl 2nd Sunday of February

A playful, high-scoring duo (apple football fields & chocolate footballs) for your Super Bowl spread, these hand-piped macarons bring a sophisticated sweetness to game day.

Easter April

This decadent hybrid features the signature buttery, flaky croissant dough wrapped around a dense, fudgy brownie core,

finished with a rich caramel drizzle and topped with chocolate eggs.

Christmas Eve

A festive, two-toned pastry crafted from layers of vibrant forest-green and classic buttery croissant dough. Shaped into a striated evergreen, and filled with a vanilla apple compote.

Valentine February, 14th

Raspberry Heart Macarons featuring delicate, blush-hued almond shells meticulously hand-piped into elegant heart shapes. The interior is filled with a vibrant, house-made raspberry jam, slow-simmered to concentrate the fruit's natural tartness and provide a sharp, clean contrast to the sweet, meringue-based crust

Mothers Day 2nd Sunday of May

Elegant, edible blooms made from ribbons of buttery puff pastry and paper-thin red apple "petals." Baked until the pastry is shatteringly crisp and the apples are tender.  It’s a delicate, fruity treat that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

New Year's Eve

This tear-and-share centerpiece combines the tangy depth of traditional sourdough with the cloud-like softness of dinner rolls.  It’s the ultimate communal bread—rich, pillowy, and designed to be pulled apart by hand at the table.
